I feel in LOVE with Reynold's Release Foil when it first came out! It makes for SUPER easy
clean up of the kitchen. The foil is coated and food comes right off after you've baked with it. I went through A LOT, and it's not really the cheapest thing to buy. (Epecially when you can get FREE foil at Walgreens from time to time) I came up with my own release foil by using the regular kind of foil I started getting for free and would just spray it was Pam or a non stick cooking spray before puting any food on it! Works just as good!

Terrific idea! I love Reynolds Release Foil, too, but it's fairly expensive. I've tried using it only when necessary (and using regular foil at other times), and I've tried using it multiple times. (Sometimes it can be wiped with a wet paper towel and be as good as new.) I'll have to try your idea. Thanks!
